BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors (the Board) of Pinnacle Corporation Limited (the Company), was formed to serve their interests through oversight of the Company's Management and Business. The primary responsibility of the Board is to exercise their business judgement to act in what they reasonably believe to be the best interests of the Company.
