Pinnacle Corporation Limited (Specialised Container Services and MetroBox) is committed to safety on our sites for our workers, and
those of other organisations (PCBU's).
THIRD PARTY TRUCK DRIVER INDUCTION
To assist us in providing for your workers' safety when they are on our sites, we have prepared a "Driver Induction Video". This video outlines the rules and procedures that your driver's need to follow to stay safe when they are on our sites.
We require that you induct your driver's for access to our sites as per the following process:

You take them through the Driver Induction Video, or ensure that they have seen it and understand it

You have them undertake the test, and ensure that they achieve a minimum result of eight (8) correct answers of the ten (10) questions. Should they not achieve this, we recommend that you take them through the Induction Video and process again

When they have seen the Driver Induction Video and passed the test, please email confirmation of the drivers name and date they were successfully inducted to: induction@pinnacle-corp.co.nz

Your driver will be added to our Inducted Drivers database
In the context of comprehension and general literacy, it is your responsibility to ensure your driver understands the instructions and induction material.
We intend to refine this process further to include some form of Induction Access attribution (access card or entry code), and will keep you informed of developments in this space.

THIRD PARTY TRUCK DRIVER INDUCTION QUESTIONNAIRE
After watching the Driver Induction Video, please allow 10 minutes to complete the Induction Questionnaire.
You need to get a score of 8/10 or more in the questionnaire. This will show that you understand our policies and procedures, which will help ensure everyone's safety on our Depots.
The Driver Induction Questionnaire must be completed by the person intending to enter and access our Depots. Under no circumstance is another person to complete the Questionnaire on behalf. Access to our Depots will then be denied.
MACRAE YARD DEPOT, MOUNT MAUNGANUI INDUCTION
To meet our legislative responsibilities at our SCS Macrae Yard depot, we require all truck drivers intending to enter the SCS Macrae site to complete a separate induction.
